Welder – Long-Term Position
We are looking for a skilled Welder for our client for a long-term position in Urjala, Finland.
In this role, you will work with a variety of technically demanding machine shop products and steel structures. The position is well suited for a welder who values high-quality workmanship, varied tasks, and the opportunity to develop their professional skills.
You will work in a modern machine shop environment as part of a skilled and professional production team.
The work involves manufacturing various steel structures and components for machinery and equipment, so the size, shape, and production stages of the components may vary from one project to another.
Experience with TIG welding, submerged arc welding, or robotic welding will be considered an advantage. Experience with demanding machine shop products, steel structures, or subcontract manufacturing is also an advantage.
You do not need to be experienced in every welding method to succeed in this position. Strong basic welding skills, motivation, and a willingness to learn are the most important qualities.
