AISAPARI HR is seeking a skilled Welder for a long-term position in Finland. The role involves MIG/MAG welding on demanding metal structures in a modern production environment, with emphasis on precision and high-quality workmanship.

You will read technical drawings, set up welding equipment, assemble and weld components, inspect weld seams, and maintain a clean, safe work area. The ideal candidate has MIG/MAG experience, can work independently, and is eager to develop their skills.

**Welder**

We are looking for a **skilled Welder** for our client for a long-term employment relationship.

In this role, you will work with demanding metal structures and components in a modern production environment. The work requires precision, high-quality workmanship, and strong technical skills.

Your responsibilities

• MIG/MAG welding
• Assembly and welding of metal components and structures
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding instructions
• Setting up welding machines and equipment
• Inspecting weld seams for quality
• Finishing components and ensuring quality
• Maintaining the work area and equipment
• Working closely with other production personnel
