Job summary

Wulff Works Oy in Rauma, Finland, seeks a permanent Welding Coordinator to support production, customers, and subcontractors. You will coordinate welding processes, document welding standards, and assist production while developing in a responsible expert role.

Practical welding experience and training in welding or metalwork are valued. Strong teamwork and communication are essential as you collaborate across departments and with external partners.

Qualifications

• Background in welding or metalworking.
• Experience in welding quality management or adherence to welding standards is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand welding standards.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a responsible expert role.
• Teamwork and communication skills are valued.
• IWS training or certification is a bonus but trainable for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate welding processes and oversee quality management.
• Document welding standards and instructions.
