Job summary

Amiko Vantaa Oy is seeking a skilled iron structure installer to perform production work in the workshop in Vantaa and to carry out installations at customer sites across the Uusimaa region.

The role requires welding skills, valid hot-work and safety cards, and Finnish language proficiency. Employment starts as a fixed-term arrangement through Amiko, with potential for permanent employment with the client in the future. The work is paid 14.00–17.00 €/h depending on experience and qualifications.

Job description

Our client has around 40 years of experience in manufacturing and installing steel structures. The company produces steel and other metals for custom-made products such as frame structures, railings, handrails, gates, stairs, doors, canopies, supporting structures, and impact guards.

We are seeking a skilled iron structure installer. Your duties include production work in the workshop and/or installations at customer sites in the Uusimaa and Eastern Uusimaa regions. The client's workshop is located in Vantaa.

The job requires experience with iron structures installations, welding skills, and valid hot-work and safety cards. While having welding certificates is an advantage, they are not required.

The working language at the site is Finnish, so Finnish language skills in speaking, reading and writing are necessary. We train required work permits as needed.

The work begins as a fixed-term arrangement through Amiko, with possible potential for permanent employment with the client in the future. Work will start once a suitable person is found, and you will work as a temporary employee in the client's service.

Salary is 14.00-17.00 €/h, determined by previous experience, education and skills.

Experience installing iron structures, Welding skills, Valid hot-work and safety cards, Finnish language proficiency in speaking, reading and writing, Welding certificates are an advantage but not required.
