Job summary

AISAPARI HR is seeking three experienced TIG welders to join our skilled manufacturing team in Finland. You will perform TIG welding on stainless steel, acid-resistant stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum, and you may work with various materials. We offer two shifts and opportunities to advance your welding qualifications in-house.

The working language can be Finnish or English, and the terms follow the Technology Industry collective agreement. Employment is full-time with shift work.

Qualifications

• TIG welding experience, preferably >5 years.
• Careful approach to work and high-quality welds.
• Ability to work independently and a responsible attitude.
• Willingness to complete a welding test.

We are looking for three experienced TIG welders to join our team for a variety of welding tasks. If you have strong hands-on experience in TIG welding, take pride in producing high-quality work, and enjoy working in a skilled and professional team, you may be the person we are looking for.

Job Responsibilities

Your duties will include TIG welding for various manufacturing and metal fabrication applications. The primary materials are stainless steel and acid-resistant stainless steel, but you will also work with mild steel and aluminium.

Versatile metalworking and general workshop skills are considered an advantage.

What We Expect from You

• Strong practical experience in TIG welding, preferably more than 5 years.
• A careful approach to work and the ability to produce high-quality welds.
• The ability to work independently and a responsible attitude.
• Willingness to complete a welding test before starting employment.

Valid welding qualifications are not required. We have in-house International Welding Specialist (IWS) expertise, and the necessary welding qualifications can be arranged in-house according to your skills and the requirements of the job.
