Become Part of Our Skilled Manufacturing Team!

We are looking for **three experienced TIG welders** to join our team for a variety of welding tasks. If you have strong hands‑on experience in TIG welding, take pride in producing high‑quality work, and enjoy working in a skilled and professional team, you may be the person we are looking for.

Job Responsibilities

Your duties will include TIG welding for various manufacturing and metal fabrication applications. The primary materials are stainless steel and acid‑resistant stainless steel, but you will also work with mild steel and aluminium.

Versatile metalworking and general workshop skills are considered an advantage.

What We Expect from You

• Strong practical experience in TIG welding, preferably more than 5 years.
• A careful approach to work and the ability to produce high‑quality welds.
• The ability to work independently and a responsible attitude.
• Willingness to complete a welding test before starting employment.

**Valid welding qualifications are not required.** We have in‑house International Welding Specialist (IWS) expertise, and the necessary welding qualifications can be arranged in‑house according to your skills and the requirements of the job.

Working Hours

Two-shift system:

• Morning shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

Salary and employment terms are based on the collective agreement for the Technology Industry in Finland.
