We are looking for a motivated and professional Waitress/Waiters to join Ruka Safaris in Ruka, Finland, for the winter season 2025-2026.

The job includes á la carte, buffet and bar service, depending on your previous experience. The restaurants serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Your responsibilities may also include other assisting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide á la carte, buffet and bar service as appropriate, with meals offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Support other assisting tasks as needed to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience (minimum 2 years).
• English language at a communicative level; skills in other languages are beneficial.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Curious mindset towards working abroad and eagerness to learn about a new work culture.
• Finnish Hygiene Passport (we will help you obtain this).

Offer and Benefits

• Full-time work with a salary based on your working experience.
• Housing provided by the customer company (employee pays 300–400 EUR per month per bed/per person).
