Overview

Snowhotel Family is a family-owned company that offers unique ice and snow experiences in Lehtojärvi and in Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi. In Lehtojärvi you can find Glass Igloos and a Snow Hotel, with Snowsauna and ice restaurants local treats. Snowman World, located in Santa Claus Village, invites the whole family for snowy activities and an ice and snow playground. Nearby you can also find Santamus, a unique restaurant offering tasty dishes for every occasion.

Position

We are now looking for waiters/waitresses for the busy Christmas season 2025 to work in Snowman World’s Snow Restaurant and Ice Bar. The restaurant offers A La Carte for lunch and dinner in a unique milieu made of snow and ice. In the Ice Bar customers can order hot and cold drinks while enjoying the visit in Snowman World.

Responsibilities

• Serve A La Carte and Ice Bar guests, recommend food and drinks, and contribute to customer satisfaction with your own input.
• Assist with cleaning tasks as needed.
• Work shifts on weekdays and weekends in day and evening slots.

Terms and Employment

Full-time employment starts from November 2025 and lasts until mid-January 2026. Part-time work is also possible according to availability. Terms of employment are based on the collective agreement of the hotel- and restaurant industry, salary according to the agreement. The employment contract will be between Go On and the employee.
