Overview

We are looking for an independent waiter for the Nova Galaxy Village for the winter season 2025-2026.

Our clamping resort consists of 12 Scandinavian-style Aurora Hut glass igloos, each featuring its own wood heated sauna. The reception building is complemented by our cozy open-fire restaurant, Stella Nova Flame, where local flavors meet warm hospitality. Nova Galaxy Village is just 15km from Rovaniemi city center. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively in changing situations
• Take initiative and work independently under pressure
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by tasks such as bringing firewood to the restaurant, lighting outdoor fires, clearing snow from entrances, communicating with guests, and assisting with dinner service together with the chef

Qualifications

• Good English language skills (other languages are considered an advantage)
• A valid hygiene passport and alcohol service license
• Previous experience in à la carte service and/or as a wilderness guide is considered an asset
• A driving license and access to a car
