Job description

We are now looking for a VR (virtual reality) attraction worker. The work starts in November 2025 and lasts at least until the end of March 2026, with the possibility to continue after that. We are seeking one full-time and one part-time employee. Working hours will average 5-40 hours per week, depending on the employees wishes and availability. Shifts are scheduled between 9:00 and 20:00. The workplace is located in Santa Claus Village.

No previous work experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for students or as a first job. It is also well suited for those looking for clean, not particularly demanding indoor work.

We are looking for someone with a customer service oriented and positive attitude, who is diligent and conscientious in their work. Your tasks will include starting up the machine in the morning and shutting it down in the evening, checking tickets and guiding customers on the machine, handing out and collecting VR headsets, operating the VR system, managing the queue system, disinfecting VR headsets, and keeping the premises tidy.

Communication with customers will mainly take place in English. Your English skills do not need to be perfect, but you should be able to give instructions and answer customer questions at least briefly.

Salary is according to the collective agreement for the program services sector (TES), requirement group A-B, but starting from €12/hour + adds-on. We expect readiness to work also on weekends and public holidays.
