What You’ll Do

• Design and build test setups for UPS systems and document results.
• Develop and refine test processes, requirements, and documentation.
• Create and implement test automation, including writing scripts and procedures.
• Provide technical support to cross-functional departments.
• Ensure lab equipment safety and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.
• Collaborate with Eaton’s global test organizations to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical testing or design.

Skills

• Good understanding of electrical systems, UPS installations, and lab safety.
• Familiarity with embedded firmware and high-power lab tools (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, meters).
• Proactive, self-managed, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and task execution skills.
