Overview

Are you an analytical, curious and socially confident consultant with a few years of experience, someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology, data and AI?

Do you have a genuine interest in industry trends, digital disruption and the “why” behind business decisions? Are you motivated by helping clients identify where digitalization, data and AI can create measurable business value, and by turning that potential into concrete priorities, roadmaps and change initiatives?

We are looking for a new team member to join us and work side by side with our senior consultants across business and digital transformation, digital, data & AI strategies, and AI‑first organizations.

What you'll do

You will work in client projects together with senior consultants, while also taking ownership of your own areas of delivery. The role is especially focused on strategic and tactical consulting: understanding the client’s business context, identifying value potential, shaping priorities and helping clients move from ambition to actionable transformation. In your role, you will:

• Map and assess current-state business, data and technology capabilities, and identify bottlenecks, gaps and improvement areas.
• Help clients understand where digitalization, data and AI can create concrete business value, such as efficiency gains, growth opportunities, improved customer experience, better decision‑making or cost savings.
• Identify, assess and prioritize concrete AI, data and digital use cases based on business value, feasibility, dependencies, risks and strategic relevance.
• Build structured business cases, value assessments and decision‑making materials to help clients prioritize investments and understand expected business impact.
• Define and clarify target states together with the client, aligning business goals with digital, data and AI opportunities.
• Analyze gaps between the current and target state, covering not only technology and data, but also capabilities, governance, operating models, change readiness and organizational culture.
• Create clear roadmaps that translate strategic ambitions and prioritized use cases into actionable development steps.
• Support clients in defining success measures and tracking whether transformation initiatives deliver the intended business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions, gather and structure insights, and build shared understanding across business, technology and leadership stakeholders.
• Produce clear presentations, conceptual models and recommendations to support planning, prioritization and execution.
• Support implementation together with the client, while keeping the focus on value realization and strategic priorities.
• Consider key risks related to data, AI and digital transformation, including privacy, security, responsible AI, ethical considerations and regulatory requirements.

Over time, you will take increasing responsibility for client workstreams, contribute actively to shaping solutions and recommendations, and support senior consultants in identifying new client needs and follow‑on opportunities.

You already have some relevant experience and are motivated to grow into a trusted advisor role in transformation consulting. You are comfortable working with business challenges that are not yet fully defined, and you know how to turn ambiguity into structure, priorities and practical recommendations. You may be a great fit if you have:

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, business development, strategy, digital transformation and/or related project work.
• Understanding of how technology, data, analytics and AI can create business value.
• Ability to identify and evaluate business benefits, value potential and measurable outcomes.
• Experience or strong interest in use case identification, prioritization, business cases or investment justification.
• Experience from strategy work, business capability development, operating model development or transformation planning.
• Structured problem‑solving skills and the ability to turn complex topics into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work confidently with both business stakeholders and technical experts.
• Curiosity towards industry trends, technological disruption and changing customer expectations.
• Ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve the quality, efficiency and impact of your own work.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

We expect a structured way of thinking, curiosity towards complex problem‑solving and the ability to work in ambiguous environments. You do not need to be a technical AI expert, but you should be able to understand and discuss AI, data and digital opportunities from a business perspective.

Salary range

5000-7600€ / month (full‑time). Final compensation will depend on factors such as relevant experience, role seniority, and skill set.
