University of Eastern Finland’s UniPID Coordination Unit seeks a part-time trainee to support communications and events. The role is primarily remote, with work on Joensuu campus as needed, starting November 2026 and ending April 2027. A trial period applies and supervision is provided by UniPID and FSDR.

The position targets Master’s level students from UniPID member universities, who are eager to learn, with strong English and teamwork skills. Salary is 750 EUR per month for a 50% position.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in communications coordination and event planning for UniPID.
• Organise DevDays2027 tasks including conference programme and travel arrangements.
• Design a communication strategy for DevDays2027 and update the webpage.
• Lead or assist in conference secretariat tasks and coordinate volunteers.
