What is the role?

We are seeking an experienced Trade Compliance Manager to ensure full compliance with import and export regulations, including EAR/ITAR and customs regulations across all ICEYE locations. You will develop and implement efficient, optimized end-to-end processes, navigate complex regulatory environments, prepare internal guidelines, documentation, and keep stakeholders informed and trained.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring import/export compliance for satellite components and subsystems across all ICEYE locations, including Finland, Poland, Spain, USA, and UAE.
• Managing export-controlled/restricted components, especially EAR/ITAR.
• Acquiring import/export licenses for satellite components and related equipment.
• Managing inward processing relief (IPR) procedures in cooperation with customs and authorities.
• Preparing internal and external reports and documentation, including supplier end-user statements and Intrastat reporting.
• Defining compliance guidelines, processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance adherence.
• Evaluating compliance requirements, identifying risks, providing recommendations, and communicating with authorities and suppliers as needed.
• Leading complex trade compliance and regulatory projects.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations affecting the supply chain.
• Providing training and raising awareness of regulatory matters among staff.
