Join our team for the winter season 2025-2026! We are a high-quality tour operator based in Lapland, offering small-group and private experiences in Rovaniemi, Levi, Tromsø and Kiruna. Our commitment to authenticity and excellence ensures unforgettable experiences for both guests and guides. One of our owners represents the 20th generation of their family in Lapland, with roots dating back to the 1600s.

Tasks
  • Lead and provide high-quality, responsible tours in Rovaniemi, Levi, Tromsø or Kiruna.
  • Drive guests safely to and from tour locations.
  • Deliver engaging and informative commentary about Lapland's culture, nature, and history.
  • Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests throughout the experience.
  • Assist with tour logistics and coordination when necessary.
Requirements
  • Legal permit to work in the Schengen Area (we do not sponsor work permits).
  • Valid Category B driving license (recognized in Finland, Norway & Sweden).
  • Previous experience in the tourism industry (with references).
  • Strong English language skills (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent communication, punctuality, and ambition to provide top-tier experiences.
