• Doctoral degree completed within 2–12 years of PhD.
• Postdoctoral experience and evidence of an early-career track record.
• Ability to secure external research funding and to lead independent research.

• Develop an independent, externally funded research program in life sciences.
• Contribute to the development of life science research infrastructures, innovations, and higher education.
• Collaborate across HiLIFE units and participating faculties to advance research goals.
