Job summary

Suomen World Vision ry in Helsinki is seeking skilled fundraisers for our tele fundraising team. The role is part-time and temporary, with 25 hours per week in a hybrid setup (three days in the office, two remote) at the Helsinki Kalasatama offices.

You will contact potential donors by phone, share our mission, and sign up new supporters with the fundraising team. The base pay is 13.40–15.30 €/h plus commissions, and we offer health care, meal services, travel and leisure insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or direct marketing.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent Finnish language skills.
• Knowledge of LeadDesk calling system is a plus.
• Other languages are a plus for broader donor engagement.

Job description

We are seeking skilled fundraisers to join our growing tele fundraising team at Suomen World Vision. The role involves engaging with potential donors over the phone, communicating our mission, and signing up new supporters in collaboration with the fundraising team. The position is part-time and initially temporary, with afternoon-focused hours and flexible arrangements that can fit studies or other commitments.

The Helsinki Kalasatama offices operate a flexible hybrid work model- three days in the office and two days remote. Work hours total 25h per week, with a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 remote).

Salary is competitive with a fixed hourly base pay of 13.40-15.30 €/h plus success-based commissions.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales or direct marketing, is proactive, goal-driven, and possesses excellent Finnish language skills.

It is a plus to have other languages in addition to Finnish, experience with LeadDesk calling system, and prior telefundraising experience.
