Overview

We are now looking for a senior-level TECH Business Partner to join Veikkaus TECH Customer & Gaming Services. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our most strategic clients, help drive business growth, and strengthen Veikkaus position as the gaming license market prepares to open in 2027.

This is an unique opportunity to combine customer relationship development, strategic key account management and portfolio leadership in one impactful role. You will operate at the intersection of technology, business, and customer success – working closely with both clients and internal experts to ensure measurable results.

About the Role

We are hiring a TECH Business Partner to a dynamic, growth-driven gaming market. The role involves close collaboration with VP-level stakeholders and international teams, where English is the primary working language.

Role is highly visible, strategic position that reports directly to the VP, Customer and Gaming Services. While you wont have line manager responsibility, you will hold extensive customer and stakeholder ownership across the organization and with senior external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow strategic customer relationships. Serve as the main point of contact and business partner. Understand clients goals and challenges, bring discussions to a strategic level, and guide them on what to develop next.
  • Own portfolio success. Manage assigned customer portfolios, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and customer retention. Train and align internal teams on portfolio priorities.
  • Drive successful delivery and customer experience. Oversee customer deliveries and projects, coordinate approvals and pricing, and ensure smooth execution. Monitor service SLAs and report on customer satisfaction.
  • Enable business expansion. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, support solution development, and turn business opportunities into concrete outcomes.
  • Collaborate across functions. Work closely with product managers, development leads, and project managers. Ensure roadmaps reflect business needs and that solutions deliver measurable impact.
What We Expect from You

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and customer leadership:

  • A Masters degree in technology (e.g. engineering/DI or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B customer work, key account management, or strategic client portfolio roles.
  • Proven track record in managing large customer relationships at a senior level.
  • Ability to combine strategic and operational work data-driven decision-making with hands-on execution.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (experience with VP-level stakeholders is an advantage).
  • Solid understanding of technical project environments (not hands-on coding, but the ability to guide and coordinate project governance).
  • Self-driven, proactive, precise, and resilient under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
