Job summary

Attendo Järvenhelmi in Pyhäjärvi is seeking a Team Leader nurse to guide daily work in a four-home group and provide high-quality nursing care to residents.

You will collaborate with the house manager and staff to supervise a multidisciplinary team and develop person-centered care. The role starts by agreement; it is a full-time position with morning weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• Experience as supervisor/team lead appreciated.
• Vaccination protection under Infectious Diseases Act §48 for residents and patients.
• Hygiene passport or willingness to obtain within three months.
• Criminal record extract for more than three months.
• Sote-ammattikortti (professional health card).

Team Leader nurse at Attendo Järvenhelmi in Pyhäjärvi. Attendo Järvenhelmi consists of four cozy and modern group homes and provides 52 round-the-clock resident places and 11 community-based living places. We aim to be a home for elderly and disabled people, as well as those in mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation. The Team Leader will be the backbone of the Attendo home and a trusted partner to the house manager, organizing daily work and providing professional support to staff. The role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in nursing home management and career development in the care sector. Daily duties include providing basic nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team, organizing and guiding daily work, developing care quality in collaboration with the director and team, and performing nursing tasks. The position is full-time, permanent, with a start date to be agreed, and work is conducted on weekday mornings.
