Job summary

Attendo Kuukkeli in Salla is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily care for our residents, coordinate staff, and ensure safe, individualized daily life.

You will support the home manager, chair weekly meetings, supervise onboarding, and work with families and physicians. A nursing degree, vaccination, and a clean criminal record are required; we offer flexible hours and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• Vaccination protection for the duration of employment.
• Hygienic pass or readiness to obtain within three months.
• Criminal record extract for longer-than-three-month employment when working with minors/elderly/disabled.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily care and well-being for residents.
• Medication administration and self-care.
• Enable meaningful daily life for residents.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Coordinate RAI assessments and service implementation plans; assist in updating them.
• Participate in care meetings with families together with care workers.
• Ensure implementation of self-monitoring and medication plans; collaborate with physicians.
• Monitor onboarding of new staff.

Team Leader at Attendo Kuukkeli, Salla

Attendo Kuukkeli is a 19-bed elderly home where it is central that every resident is treated as their own person and lives a full life.

We are looking for a nurse with a positive and warm attitude who is excited about resident care and supporting the team. It is important that you act calmly and decisively even in challenging situations.

Together with the home manager and the rest of the team you build the Kuukkeli home’s operating culture, create functional operating methods, and enable our residents to have a safe, individualized and meaningful everyday life.

As Team Leader you are the backbone of the Attendo home and a trusted colleague to the home manager. Your professional skills are trusted and your views valued.

Our terms follow the private social services sector collective agreement; the wage range for the position starts from 2811.09 to 3071.09 EUR per month from 01.09.2026, plus local ancillary amounts and a team leader allowance of 300 EUR per month.

The position is full-time and permanent. Start date can be agreed.
