Job summary

Nordlink Henkilöstövuokraus Oy is hiring taxi drivers for evening shifts in the Helsinki region. You will drive customers using Bolt and Uber, with shifts starting 16:00–18:00 and finishing around 01:00, with potential extension up to 05:00 within the same shift.

The fleet operates in Espoo, Vantaa and Helsinki, and tips go to you while holiday bonuses are paid monthly. The role is an employment relationship with commission-based pay; English or other languages are a plus, and a valid taxi

Job description

Come and drive with us on the evening shift. The shift starts at 16–18 and ends at 01:00, and if you wish, you can extend it flexibly until 05:00 within the same shift.

You serve customers via Bolt and Uber. The vehicle is a clean and new Toyota Corolla Touring, model years 2022–2023. The fleet is based in Espoo, Vantaa and Helsinki.

Pay is commission-based and calculated from the VAT-free cash of each shift driven + holiday bonus paid monthly. This is an employment relationship, not invoicing or B2B. Tips from customers go fully to the driver.

The role requires a valid taxi drivers permit (taksinkuljettajan ajolupa). A sufficient command of spoken Finnish is required for customer service; perfect grammar is not expected. English or other languages are an advantage. Previous taxi experience is an advantage.

We also have an electric fleet on the Taksi Helsinki side + Kela and MPK rides. You can start with Bolt and Uber and move on to Taksi Helsinki once youve completed the card. The fleet is ready for both.
