Nordlink Henkilöstövuokraus Oy is seeking taxi drivers for Taksi Helsinki and partner operators such as Bolt and Uber. You will drive in a modern fleet of electric or hybrid cars and plan shifts to fit your schedule, with a car provided and maintained for you.

Both experienced drivers and learners are welcome; Finnish spoken language is required at a basic level, with English or other languages a plus. Tips go to the driver, and shifts include day and night hours.

Qualifications

• Category B driving licence issued in Finland or another EU/EEA country at least a year ago.
• Spoken Finnish at a sufficient level; perfect grammar isn’t required.
• English or other languages are a plus.
• Reliability and a service-minded attitude.

Responsabilités

• Drive for Taksi Helsinki and partner operators including Bolt and Uber.
• Use electric or hybrid cars; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Plan shifts and ensure a car is available for you.
• Provide reliable, safe passenger service including daytime Kela and MPK trips.

Taxi experience is an advantage but not required. The job suits both experienced drivers and those who want to learn the trade.

HOP IN

• You drive via Taksi Helsinki, the countrys best-known and most popular operator. Bolt and Uber are available too.
• Behind the wheel, a well-kept electric or hybrid car.
• Day and night shifts are available. You can plan your shifts a month ahead, and we make sure a car is available.
• Pay is 40 % of the rides (VAT 0) + holiday bonus paid monthly. This is an employment relationship, not invoicing or B2B. Tips from customers go fully to the driver.
• Daytime rides also include Kela and MPK trips.

THE BASICS ARE ENOUGH

• A category B driving licence issued in Finland or another EU/EEA country at least a year ago.
• Spoken Finnish at a sufficient level; perfect grammar isnt required. English or other languages are a plus.
• What matters most is reliability and a service-minded attitude.

• You already have a taxi drivers permit, or its on the way.
• Well show you the system, charging and car washes – everything becomes familiar.
• You start with a get-to-know-the-job drive and ease into it at your own pace.

The fleet is from 2022–2023, electric and hybrid cars. If you dont yet have a Taksi Helsinki driver card, you can start with Bolt and Uber and move on to Taksi Helsinki once youve completed the card.
