We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Oulu. This role requires full-cycle recruiting experience with a preference for expertise in hardware or supply chain.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about building diverse teams, and committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with the existing team to enhance processes and identify new sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers to secure key hires that significantly impact the business.

This is a hybrid role, with occasional evening meetings to accommodate global team members.
