Job summary

Oy Kati Ab Kalajoki is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead the company’s sustainability work and the development of HSEQ functions in Kalajoki. The role focuses on guiding quality, safety, environment, and sustainability, while aligning with legislation, modern reporting, and continuous improvement of operations.

In this position you will supervise the HSEQ team, advance the sustainability strategy, and coordinate reporting, audits, and carbon footprint calculations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing sustainability or HSEQ functions.
• Ability to implement changes at a practical level.
• Strong analysis, reporting, and collaboration skills.
• High-level IT skills, including AI and data expertise.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Suitable university degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead KATI's sustainability work and development of HSEQ functions.
• Coordinate reporting, audits, and carbon footprint calculations.
• Develop management systems and metrics; promote data, automation and AI in operations.
• Lead the HSEQ team and guide stakeholders across the organization.
• Tailor the role to the candidate's strengths and interests.
