Lead the Future of Strategic Programs at Raute

We’re seeking a Strategy Manager to drive the successful delivery of Raute’s most critical strategic programs and development projects. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization by translating strategy into action.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment, establish best-in-class project management practices, oversee M&A initiatives, and provide transparent reporting that enables informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Enable strategic execution by designing and maintaining governance frameworks for the most critical programs
• Establish and promote best practices and standardized tools in project management, ensuring compliance, consistency and alignment across business-led initiatives
• Partner with the executive team to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and oversee M&A programs end-to-end
• Provide transparent reporting, KPIs, and insights to executives and key stakeholders on program performance and risk management

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years of experience from strategy consultancy, investment bank or as a M&A analyst
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Expertise in portfolio management and strategic planning
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think strategically while managing operational details
• Master’s degree in business, management, engineering or related field
• Fluency in English
