Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp seeks a Strategy Manager to join the Personal Banking Office. You will shape PeB strategy, drive execution and collaborate with senior leaders to transform Personal Banking for Nordic customers.

The role is based in Helsinki, with opportunities to work across the Nordic region. In this position you will develop market analyses, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and design high-impact initiatives with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality analyses of market, customer and competitor dynamics with actionable recommendations for leadership decisions on strategic topics.
• Translate complex topics into clear, impactful communication materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to design, scoping and execution of high-impact initiatives with business leaders to ensure delivery.
• Identify market trends and emerging developments to actively shape the strategic agenda and priorities.
• Work hands-on with large datasets to generate insights informing strategy and prioritization.
• Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs and follow-up structures to track progress and support decisions.
• Collaborate across the value chain to achieve optimal outcomes for customers and the Group.
• As an ambassador for PeB, build internal and external networks to spark innovation and drive execution.
• Inspire and energise the team through a positive, high-energy approach and open knowledge sharing.
