Job summary

Accenture Finland is seeking experienced Banking Strategy professionals to join our Financial Services team. You will advise banks on strategy, operating models and transformation roadmaps, leading multi-disciplinary teams and shaping initiatives across business and technology.

Fluency in Finnish and English and Finland residency are required. You will work with leading Nordic and international financial institutions to modernize operations, leverage AI and digital platforms, and drive growth

Qualifications

Deep banking domain expertise and ability to advise senior stakeholders.
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
Experience in strategy consulting or transformation leadership.
Excellent Finnish and English communication skills.
Resident in Finland.

Responsibilities

Advise banking executives on business, technology and transformation strategy.
Lead strategic assessments such as target operating model design, business case development and transformation roadmap creation.
Help clients navigate payments modernization, digital banking, AI, data, regulation and platform transformation.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders including executive management and business leadership teams.
Shape and lead transformation initiatives with multidisciplinary consulting teams and manage complex stakeholder environments across business and technology functions.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
Contribute to sales, proposal work, commercial origination and offering development activities.
