Job summary

Outokumpu is seeking a Concept Owner, Controlling and Treasury to lead end-to-end IT services and applications across the portfolio. You will define service strategy, monitor performance, and partner with business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree or equivalent qualifications.
• 3+ years experience in IT/Controlling/Treasury.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Analytical approach and proactive in continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Business Controlling including SAP CO-PA-PC.
• Understanding of Treasury processes in commodity environments.

Responsibilities

• Define IT strategy and execute it for controlling and treasury services across their lifecycle.
• Oversee IT service and application tasks including vendor management.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts with compliance and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure services and applications are available, secure, and performant.
• Monitor service performance and user satisfaction.
• Drive standardization, automation and improvement initiatives.
• Report service performance to the business and manage contracts.
