Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Commercial Manager or equivalent within a Tier 1 construction contractor.
• Proven track record of delivering strong commercial outcomes across major projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, risk management, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of multiple projects from tender through to final account.
• Ensure all contractual documents are reviewed, negotiated and executed prior to project commencement.
• Manage commercial teams to deliver accurate reporting, valuations, cash management and risk mitigation.
