Job summary

HUS in Espoo invites applications for two permanent sterile processing technicians in the Jorvi facility. Start date 14 September 2026, or by agreement.

You will join a multiprofessional team in the sterile processing department, handling instrument maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, packaging, sterilization, and endoscope care. Two units: Operating Unit (three-shift) and Emergency Unit (two-shift); please indicate your preferred unit.

Qualifications

• Must have a sterile processing qualification.
• Strong Finnish language skills, spoken and written.
• Vaccination against infectious diseases per Infectious Diseases Act.
• Health clearance to work in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of instruments and devices used in patient care, cleaning, disinfection, packaging and sterilization, plus maintenance of flexible endoscopes and logistics tasks.
