Job summary

AlphaSense Oy is seeking a Staff iOS Engineer to own the iOS architecture and platform foundations, shaping product quality across customer workflows on iPhone, iPad, and managed environments.

You will lead architectural decisions, validation practices, and delivery patterns to help teams move faster while preserving reliability, security, and enterprise-grade experiences. This role emphasizes hands-on design and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in modern production iOS architecture and setting technical standards for a platform or native domain.
• Ability to represent mobile platform principles with Android fluency to guide cross-functional decisions affecting identity, reliability, and release quality.
• Experience shaping mobile-facing platform contracts, API behavior, or backend boundaries to improve product quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the iOS platform foundation and native engineering patterns.
• Lead through hands-on iOS system design grounded in deep iOS expertise and Apple platform practices.
