Orion Pharma based in Espoo, Finland, seeks a Specialist, Inbound Logistics and Customs to manage day-to-day import operations and compliance within a hybrid-working, permanent role. You will coordinate customs, data accuracy, and transportation, collaborating with Supply Chain, Procurement, and external partners.
The role blends hands-on logistics with process improvement in a regulated environment, reporting to the Manager, Customs Trade Compliance & Import.

Your role
As a Specialist, Inbound Logistics and Customs, you will support the day-to-day execution, compliance and continuous development of Orion Pharma’s import customs operations and international supply chains. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of customs and import-related data, coordinate transportation, customs and other operational logistics activities with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the implementation of compliant and efficient supply chain processes in a continuously evolving regulatory environment.
The role combines hands-on operational responsibilities with opportunities to participate in process development and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Warehousing, Logistics Service Providers and Customs Brokers to support import logistics, customs processes and trade compliance activities across Orion’s supply chain network.
The position reports to the Manager, Customs Trade Compliance & Import, is based in Espoo, Finland, and is offered as a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working model.

Orion's Global Operations covers the entire pharmaceutical manufacturing process, from sourcing of raw materials to the manufacture of products, packaging and delivery to customers. We are also responsible for the industrialization of new products and product life cycle management.
