Fuku Iso Omena in Espoo, Finland, seeks two experienced Chinese Cuisine Chefs to join the kitchen team. The role focuses on preparing authentic Chinese dishes for buffet service and developing new recipes while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have strong Chinese cooking skills, buffet operation experience, and knowledge of food safety. Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

We are looking for two experienced Chinese Cuisine Chefs to join our kitchen team at Fuku Iso Omena, an Asian buffet restaurant located in Espoo, Finland.

The main responsibilities include preparing authentic Chinese dishes, independently developing new recipes, improving existing menu items, and maintaining consistent food quality.

Candidates should have strong professional knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavour combinations, as well as practical experience in developing new dishes.

The role requires experience in high-volume professional kitchens and the ability to develop recipes suitable for buffet operations, considering food quality, production efficiency, ingredient costs, and food safety.

Our restaurant continuously develops its menu to meet changing customer preferences. We are also exploring potential future business expansion, although no final decisions have been made.

Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience will be considered an advantage, although the position does not involve staff management responsibilities.
