Role

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our team, focusing on mechanical sourcing and supplier management within that area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic sourcing activities, building strong supplier relationships, and promoting innovation and sustainability in sourcing. This is a fixed-term position of approximately 1.5 years. You will lead and develop our sourcing activities, combining on-site collaboration in Turku with the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic sourcing to ensure cost-efficient and high-quality supplier selections.
• Develop sourcing processes and strategies together with the team to enhance competitiveness.

• Experience
