We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to support global teams by designing, implementing, and optimizing technical solutions that improve operational efficiency and client experience. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and supporting distributed workforce operations.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills and experience collaborating across operations, project, and product teams in fast-paced, large-scale environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the design, implementation, and optimization of technical solutions for program operations.
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to translate business needs into technical workflows and system configurations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across platforms and tools used by the workforce.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and guidelines for solution deployment.
  • Monitor solution performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements.
  • Evaluate tools, platforms, and automation opportunities to optimize client experience and productivity.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals and compliance requirements.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2–5 years in solution engineering, technical operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience with distributed workforce or BPO environments is a plus.

SKILLS
