Job summary

Avaus Marketing Innovations Oy is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead data-driven, end-to-end customer engagement solutions. You will work across multi-cloud environments, shaping architecture and guiding clients toward AI-enabled marketing strategies.

The role emphasizes collaboration, stakeholder communication, and staying at the forefront of AI and martech developments to deliver measurable business impact. Hybrid work from Helsinki is available.

Qualifications

• Experience with data flows of complex enterprises from source systems to analytics and Marketing & Sales technologies.
• Experience designing end-to-end solution architectures for modern data-driven customer engagement and AI-powered approaches.
• Coaching developers and system specialists in project implementations and sales support from a technical angle.

Responsibilities

• Be the architecture domain expert, setting best practices for future-proof solution architecture.
• Assess clients’ technology environments and requirements, driving AI readiness.
• Design and lead rollout of real-world AI applications integrated into client sales/marketing ecosystems.
• Stay updated on cloud, SaaS, CDP, data/analytics and AI technologies.
• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders impactting AI adoption.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Being our architecture domain expert, providing and setting best practices and methods for future proofed solution architecture for our clients

• assessing clients’ technology environments, their development needs and requirements, and actively driving them to become more AI-ready.

• designing and leading the rollout of real-world AI applications, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into our clients' sales and marketing ecosystems.

• keeping up to date with the latest in the modern cloud, SaaS, CDP, data & analytics technologies as well as sales, marketing and AI technologies

• you enjoy being a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and your contribution will have a significant effect on the client’s AI adoption and overall success.

• You get to stay on top and learn of the latest technologies like Braze, Hightouch, Talon.one, emerging AI platforms, and other martech technologies.

Beside your personality, we would also like you to have:

• Experience in data flows of complex enterprises from source systems to analytics and Marketing & Sales Technologies

• Experienced in designing end-to-end solution architectures for modern data-driven customer engagement and curious of AI-powered customer engagement

• Experience in coaching developers and system specialists in the implementation of projects

• Experience in supporting the sales process from a technical perspective

• Experience from classic AI or generative AI solutions is seen as an asset

• Understanding of governance, compliance, and security aspects, and how they impact architecture design

• You possibly have a cloud architect certificate (i.e. Google cloud architect, Azure solution architect, AWS solution architect)

• You fluently utilize platforms like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot etc.

• Fluent in English

Practical information

This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Helsinki office at Albertinkatu 25. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace but place of residence in Finland is required.
