Job summary

A2J Talotekniikka Oy in the Helsinki region is seeking skilled solar panel and solar electricity installers to join our growing team. You will perform mechanical installation of solar panel systems on rooftops and install inverters and batteries in residential, commercial properties and businesses.

The role requires independence, responsibility, and on-site decision making. We value a proactive, customer-oriented attitude, good physical condition, and a valid B driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience with solar panel installation or related electrical/construction work.
• Ability to work independently and on-site decisions.
• Good physical condition and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical installation of solar panel systems on rooftops.
• Installations of inverters and batteries in various properties.
• Work as part of an installation team with independence when needed.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety on site.

You will work as part of a installation team, but the job also requires independence, responsibility, and the ability to make decisions on-site. The main working area is located in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
