Job description

We are seeking an energetic and proactive sales representative to join AT Aurinkopaneelit Oy’s growing team in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The company designs and installs turnkey solar energy systems to help households save money and reduce environmental impact. The role covers the entire sales process from meeting potential customers to closing deals. No prior sales experience is required; the key is attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. You will work across the Uusimaa region with a company car provided and a valid driver’s license. Full-time, on-site position with a starting base salary of at least 1,000 euros per month, followed by a commission-based pay model with mean earnings of 4,000–5,000 EUR/month. Regular sales contests are organised to keep motivation high. Location: Uusimaa. Start: by agreement, preferably ASAP. Working hours: full-time, weekdays 9–17. Employment: permanent.
