About the team

You'll join Silicon Labs' Bluetooth software team, which develops embedded software for our Bluetooth and multiprotocol IoT products. We're looking for software engineers with strong fundamentals who want to build reliable products and learn more about wireless technology.

Job description

As a Software Engineer, you'll work with an agile product team to design, implement, test, and document embedded software. You'll contribute throughout development, from early design discussions to delivery and maintenance.

Required qualifications

• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) powered tools and technologies used to enhance productivity, analysis, and decision-making..

Optional experience

• Experience developing software platforms or APIs, embedded systems, microcontrollers, or development tools.
• Familiarity with Bluetooth or another communication or short-range connectivity protocol.
• Experience working in an agile team.
• Interest in wireless systems, energy-efficient embedded design, or related fields.
• Experience with digital or analog audio or signal processing, depending on the project.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or a related field with a software focus.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between €36,750 - €68,250 EUR. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
