Responsibilities

What you will do as a Software Development Engineer:

• Design and implement new functionalities and new integrations; optimize our solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Work on payment service solutions in the Nordics & Baltics region.
• Integrate new technologies and services into our solutions and ensure strong test automation coverage.
• Collaborate in an international environment and with multi-functional teams; participate in global initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience with Java or other object-oriented languages, especially backend solutions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Proactive attitude and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with basic network security concepts.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Linux, scripting, and Python.
• Payments industry knowledge.
• Front-end development experience (e.g. JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. JaCoCo, Robot Framework).
• Experience in Continuous Deployment / Automated Deployments (e.g. Ansible).
