Job summary

Twoday is seeking a Software Developer to build agentic solutions that streamline business processes. You will design and implement end-to-end workflows, connect solutions to CRM and other systems, and ensure quality with automated tests and deployment pipelines.

You will work with TypeScript, Python or C#, apply AI-assisted development and agent techniques, and collaborate with architects, business experts, and customers to deliver production-ready services in a flexible remote setting.

Software Developer – AI-Native Business Solutions

Build agents that do more than answer questions. Help people get work done.

We are looking for a developer to build agentic solutions for our customers’ business processes. You will combine software development, data, and business understanding: defining the problem together with the team, building a working solution, evaluating its impact, and improving it based on feedback. The goal is not an impressive demo, but a useful, controlled, and maintainable service.

What will you get to work on?

• You build agentic workflows to support areas such as customer work, service delivery, or project work. A solution might compile a situational overview, prepare the next action, or update a system according to an approved operating model.
• You develop focused prototypes and take them towards production together with architects, business experts, and the customer.
• You develop tools and reusable capabilities for agents, as well as integrations using API and MCP interfaces. You connect solutions to CRM, document sources, and other business systems.
• You build information retrieval and context-handling solutions that preserve source information, permissions, freshness, and data provenance.
• You implement operational boundaries in code, including access checks, input validation, approval points, and error handling.
• You take care of automated testing, evaluation datasets for agents, deployment pipelines, and monitoring. You measure quality, latency, and cost, and ensure that recovery and rollback paths are in place.

What do we expect from you?

• A strong foundation in software development and experience taking solutions into production. You know how to build and maintain more than just a prototype.
• Experience with API integrations, cloud services, and data processing, as well as skills in technologies such as TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and with using agents or generative AI in your own projects or customer projects.
• The ability to break down a business problem into implementable stages, make quality-related trade-offs visible, and communicate fluently in Finnish and English.

What kind of expertise will help you succeed?

We value experience with Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure, agent orchestration, MCP, information retrieval, and Dataverse. You do not need to know every framework. More important is your ability to learn quickly, choose the right implementation for the purpose, and recognise when conventional software workflow is a better solution than an agent.

How do we work with AI?

GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or a similar tool is part of the development process, not just code autocomplete. You use agents to support requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and documentation. You make goals and acceptance criteria explicit, review the outputs, and remain responsible for the end result.

When evaluating solutions, you also test failure scenarios: missing context, an incorrect source, a prohibited action, or an integration failure. You make sure that a convincing response does not hide incorrect information or a failed action. Autonomy is increased only when quality and controls have been demonstrated.

What does this role offer you?

You will build end-to-end solutions where the user interface, agents, context, and backend systems work together. You will have room to experiment, while also having the support of an experienced team in building production-ready solutions. The success of your work is measured by how well it helps the customer’s users and processes, not by the number of agents.
