Eläinlääkäripalvelu TrioVet Oy operates small animal clinics in Pattijoki (Raahe) and Liminka, near Oulu. We seek a friendly, practical veterinarian capable of working across clinics and diversifying into mixed practice, including equine care.

You will provide routine and advanced veterinary services, participate in weekly emergency duty in the Raahe area, and collaborate with a small team of nurses and veterinarians.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work across multiple clinics and engage in mixed or large animal practice.
• Ability to collaborate with clinic staff and adapt to a flexible practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide diverse small animal care across clinics, including possible mixed practice with equine and large animal work.
• Participate in regular emergency duty in the Raahe area (approx. once a week on weekdays and one weekend per month) with accommodation and basic tools provided.
• Engage in routine preventive care, diagnostics, surgeries, and dental care as part of a mixed practice portfolio.
• Contribute to herd health activities with occasional visits to cattle and pig farms and some mare practice as available.
• Collaborate with 1-2 veterinary nurses and other veterinarians to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Adapt to flexible work arrangements, with employment offered as either an employee or a self-employed professional, and a 80%+ full-time equivalent commitment as required.
• Participate in continuing training as needed, with opportunities to tailor the role to the veterinarian’s interests.

Overview

Join us in providing diverse small animal practice at a friendly, warm-hearted small private veterinary clinic. We operate small animal clinics in Pattijoki (Raahe) and Liminka (about 25 km from Oulu). We value good customer service, collaboration, a down-to-earth attitude, and a good sense of humor in applicants. Ideally, you would be able to work at both clinics (distance about 45 km / 35 minutes), but alternative arrangements can be proposed. We also have active mixed practice opportunities, including equine care, with good equipment and clientele.
