Job summary

Destia Oy invites an experienced Site Manager to lead a new Northern Ostrobothnia infrastructure project starting early 2027. You will oversee technical and financial performance, plan schedules, and supervise field work in close collaboration with the Project Director and partners.

The role requires travel to multiple project sites with travel expenses covered under Destia's policy. A degree in construction/civil engineering or MSc Tech is expected, and experience in earthworks and large-scale

Qualifications

• Degree in construction/ civil engineering or MSc Tech.
• Experience as Site Manager in earthworks or ground construction.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience forecasting project costs.
• Good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical and financial management of assigned section.
• Schedule planning and supervision of work with project team.
• Engage with client relations and contribute to project resourcing.
