Wärtsilä is seeking a Site Manager for Engine Power Plants to lead construction at international sites with 100% travel. You will coordinate a Wärtsilä project execution team, oversee planning, reporting, and compliance, and ensure seamless handover upon project completion.
The role requires a civil/mechanical/electrical engineering background, extensive abroad project experience, and strong leadership and communication skills in English. Willingness to travel and manage budgets is essential.

As a Site Manager your work will include managing and supervising a newbuild power plant construction site abroad (100% travelling).
In between the assignments, office work can take place when preparing a new project for mobilization.
You will be working as a part of power plant project execution team with diverse expertise.
