Job description

We are seeking a sheet metal machining center and laser programmer to reinforce the production team in Vaasa, Finland. The role involves reading CAD drawings and technical work drawings, preparing NC programs for laser cutting and bending centers, planning part layout on material sheet to minimize waste, and determining cutting orders, tools and machine settings. The candidate should have prior experience in programming bending centers and/or laser cutting machines, good reading skills for technical drawings, and a detailed, systematic work approach. The position is permanent with potential for progression to our client's payroll later. You will be exposed to steel sheet component fabrication and have a direct impact on production efficiency, material utilization and delivery reliability.
