Schneider Electric tarjoaa Service Engineerin vakituiseen tehtävään Etelä-Suomen alueelle sekä mahdollisuuden työmatkoihin koko Suomeen. Tehtävässä tulet tukemaan sähkönjakelu- ja automaatioratkaisujen kenttähuoltoa sekä myyntimahdollisuuksien tunnistamista asiakkaiden kanssa.

Hakijalta edellytetään teknistä taustaa, asiakaspalveluhenkisyyttä ja sujuvaa suomen sekä englannin kieltä. Koulutamme tehtävään ja tarjoamme kattavat tuote- ja sertifiointikoulutukset Schneider Electricin tuotteista.

Qualifications

• Sähkövoimatekniikan koulutustausta.
• Kokemus sähkönjakelutuotteiden kenttähuoltoista.
• Sähköpätevyys S1/S2 katsotaan eduksi.

Responsibilities

• Tukee Schneider Electricin Global Servicen liiketoimintaa ja kenttähuoltoa Suomessa.
• Tukee myyntimahdollisuuksia asiakasrajapinnassa ja kommunikoidaan niistä myynnille.

Job description

Haemme nyt Service Engineeriä vakituiseen tehtävään tukemaan Schneider Electricin Global Servicen liiketoiminnan kasvua. Etsimme henkilöä ensisijaisesti Etelä-Suomen alueelle, mutta sopivan henkilön löytyessä huomioimme myös muut sijainnit.

Toimit työssäsi monipuolisissa tehtävissä Sähkönjakelu järjestelmien sekä tuotteiden ylläpito-, huolto- ja käyttöönottotehtävissä. Työpäiväsi ovat vaihtelevia ja kohtaat niiden aikana asiakkaita eri organisaatioista ympäri Suomen. Halutessasi työtehtäviä on tarjolla myös muissa Pohjoismaissa. Tuet työssäsi myös Schneider Electricin huolto- sekä laitemyyntiä tunnistamalla myyntimahdollisuuksia asiakasrajapinnassa ja kommunikoimalla niitä aktiivisesti myynnille.

Tulet toimimaan osana Schneiderin Field Servicen Suomen yksikköä, joka vastaa keskijännitekojeistojen/-katkaisijoiden/-suojareleiden ja pienjännitekatkaisijoiden sekä UPS-järjestelmien kenttähuoltotoiminnoista.

• Koulutustaustaa tekniseltä alalta esim. sähkövoimatekniikka.
• Kokemusta sähkönjakelutuotteiden kenttähuolto toiminnasta.
• Sähköpätevyys S1/S2 pätevyys katsotaan eduksi.
• Olet asiakaspalveluhenkinen ja omaat hyvät vuorovaikutustaidot.
• Kykyä omaksua uusia asioita ja intoa seurata teknologian kehitystä.
• Sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa.
• Ajokorttia sekä halukkuutta matkustaa Suomessa.

Voit olla kokenut sähkönjakelun-asiantuntija tai urasi alkuvaiheessa oleva sähköinsinööri. Koulutamme sinut tehtävään ja tarjoamme kattavat tuotesertifiointikoulutukset Schneider Electricin tuotteista.
