About The Role

We are expanding our operations in the Nordics and looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator, who would act as a vital link between our customers, service technicians, and internal departments. The position’s goal is to ensure that service and maintenance activities are scheduled, tracked, executed and closed efficiently, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
  • Plan and schedule service, maintenance, and inspection activities across Finland and Sweden
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related customer communication
  • Support service engineers with service plan, documentation, spare parts coordination and job preparation
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of service reports, work orders, and invoicing support
  • Maintain and update service data in ERP and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Handle warranty requests and assist in managing claims
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
  • Previous experience in service coordination, customer service, or technical administration
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in Swedish and Finnish, both spoken and written, as well as proficiency in English as corporate language
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to accuracy and deadlines
