Summary

We are seeking a solution and result oriented Service Engineer to strengthen our Marine field service and commissioning team in Finland. As a Service Engineer your responsibilities are preventive and breakdown services of HI-FOG water mist fire suppression systems globally. The role requires travelling around 180 days per year mainly in Europe and in USA.

This position reports directly to the Service & Aftermarket Manager - Finland, Marioff Marine, collaborating with the Service & Commissioning Engineers from different service teams Finland, Italy, Spain, Singapore, USA and China.

Requirements

• Vocational school education or higher
• Experience in mechanical or electrical engineering installations and maintenance
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills both in Finnish and in English
• Great communication skills and customer orientated attitude
• Strong organizational and time-management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good MS Office skills

Desirable

• Automation systems and installations experience
• Marine industry experience
• Experience from HI-FOG systems
• Experience from PLC (Siemens / Mitsubishi)
