Job summary

Empiric is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a Helsinki-based project focused on workforce and resource planning applications. You will translate complex planning, optimisation and decision-making processes into clear, intuitive interfaces for professionals across planning, management and leadership roles.

Working in a hybrid model with an agile delivery team, you will collaborate with stakeholders and developers to design data-heavy screens, analytics views, filters and scenario

UX/UI Designer – Workforce Planning – Helsinki

Empiric are supporting a leading organisation on an exciting UX/UI requirement focused on the continued development of workforce and resource planning solutions.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced UX/UI Designer to work on two complex workforce planning applications used by large organisations, supporting workforce planning professionals, managers and business leadership.

You’ll be responsible for translating complex planning, optimisation and decision‑making processes into clear, intuitive and efficient user experiences, working closely with business stakeholders, developers and other members of an agile delivery team.
