Your main goal is to help our clients to succeed in their initiatives. Your detailed work description and responsibilities will be determined by your engagement.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a technical or business school
• Ideally you would have at least 3 years of experience working in banking doing data related job
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge on the banking data models and sources. We expect a strong understanding of data from a business perspective, beyond seeing data as just technical attributes.
• We appreciate experience on the legacy data warehousing, data lake or modern cloud solutions. Databricks experience is seen as benefit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Finnish and English
• Resident in Finland
